Comfortable for a few nights stay
There is a mini-fridge big enough for a few drinks and snacks. The TV is, at best, meh; quality and resolution are not it's best features, as is the number of channels provided, but it gets the job done, especially if you bring your own laptop/device and connect to it (through HDMI only; no bluetooth or anything). The desk is big enough for a laptop and a mouse, not much more. I don't have anything bad to say about the breakfest, but I can't say it's the best i've seen; certanly servicible.
I got lucky and stayed in the room with one of the best views of the catedral, but don't count on that. If you're staying for a few nights (maybe like me, taking it as rest point on the way to Foz do Iguaçu) and/or don't plan on spending much, this an excellent option.

WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN MY LIFE!
Not recommended even for enemy!
Service at the reception and bad breakfast. We went to talk to the receptionist who had already passed the time to start breakfast and it was all dark she came to laugh at my face.
Door of the room did not open with card there comes the owner and says that has to have a little way to open the door, which little thing, arrange the door yes. Host will not stay to have a little no. Will the guest have to do maintenance in the tb room?
Breakfast completely late, not meeting schedule. Bad quality breakfast. No varieties, everything bad, we can't eat anything. We got out of that locker and had to have breakfast at a bakery. This hotel as it is will be short of time to close. We got to know at the hotel that this place is super dangerous many robberies and drug trafficking in the region.

Terrible attendance. They left a guest without a room at midnight, without explanation.
Total lack of respect for the customer. A total dump.

Excessive rules and bureaucracy
It should take about 15 minutes to be able to read the elevator notices, for example.
There is simply no way to know and know all the rules and at all times we are unsure whether something was allowed or not, whether we would receive a fine for something we don't even know we did wrong.
It's really absurd. Makes the guest very uncomfortable
