Cabanas do Paraíso

The guesthouse is simple but elegant. It has a private and beautiful beach! To get there you need to go through an easy level trail, but you need to climb a rock that makes it a bit difficult. For children the options are the sea and the pool. The food is simple, but delicious. The staff are attentive. There is a tour option to another beach, paid the part.

Terrible experience with the refund procedures

I don't recommend it to anyone!
A reservation was made, but we need to cancel and according to the inn's policy, the refund was 15 business days. After this deadline, the refund was not made and we gave an extra deadline and nothing was done. Furthermore, when the attendant doesn't make excuses, they ignore us.
The lack of transparency and ethics demonstrates a deep disrespect for the consumer, especially given the delay and the absence of a solution for the refund amount, which has not been made to date.
I requested the contact of the manager, the owner, or someone responsible for this issue, and we were ignored again.
Know that we will get back this money that is our right. Be honest!

Dishonest people

Horrible, no hot water, no slugs, asked for refund, they said they would do up to 5 days, which did not happen, do not answer messages and do not answer the phone, do not indicate this guesthouse, do not stay there.

Saved the beaches, the rest leaves much to be desired

Small rooms, no maintenance, no Placard, horrible breakfast, nothing to do with photos, bad staff most

Ants everywhere in the room (in my luggage, on the bed, etc.), no cold water during my stay (only hot water), dilapidated furniture, on an unattractive street but thankfully a short walk to the main tourist street. The breakfast is typical, not bad but nothing special. I would avoid this hotel. It has the potential to be nice if the rooms would be upgraded and better-furnished. But unfortunately I found it very unpleasant and was happy I only stayed one night.
