we are very sorry if the experience was not satisfactory we always seek to offer the best service and attention during the hosting. As for language-related issues we make a point of keeping in our reception part of the staff qualified and ready to meet our guests. As for serving water to guests, we offer during breakfast for consumption on site.

Awesome breakfast
Location, even though we are about a mile or so from the beaches of Pajuçara and Ponta Verde, I really liked our location, not a lot people on the beach and if we wanted more “action” we would walk 10 min.
People and services are really good, frequently asking if everything is up to our expectations.
The bad: if you like to watch television after a long day at the beach, not so good. TVs are old and remote controls barely work, also the connection with the cable isn’t that stable.
Drinks by the pool are a bit pricey for what the deliver in return.
Lots of people (not workers) roaming around without a face mask, that caused a bit of anxiety, many times we would come up to the elevator and people would walk in without a mask, even though there are plenty of signs informing that is mandatory to wear one.
I feel this is a good place to stay if are coming here, but try to stay away from major holidays as crowds get really large.

Three days in Maceio
The hotel is located in a less busy area of town and the beach is really less crowded than others - a plus if your looking for peace and solitude.
The hotel irself is new, decor is very simple; room and bathroom clean; bed comfortable.
The buffet breakfast has good options and the food is tasty - nothing special. One can have a chance to taste the local tapioca (local pancake made of yucca).
Outside the hotel you won't find many options for dinner; you will need to take a cab to go elsewhere.

Honest hotel, but not so fantastic as they sell
The coffee was delicious with lots of variety, and the service more appropriated.
The beach in front of Hotel is dirty ( lots of garbage on the sand) so we gave up to go near the sea...
I think for one night could be a good option, but for spend more days not a good idea. In general my feeling is: needs improvement.
