Good hotel

The hotel is well located, close to several tourist attractions, in front of the beach, the room is very beautiful, but the bathroom had plenty of humidity and had a perfume being sprayed in the room every 15 min, extremely strong, we woke up with a lot of headache and only after we discovered the blender we removed from the room because we didn't find where to turn off. The breakfast is good, nothing special, the staff very cordial.

Not worth it, for the same price has better

The hotel is old, needs renovation. Although I checked in online, as requested, I was very surprised with respect to my pet, which was not included at the time of booking. I arrived at night, after a car trip and was very poorly treated by a person who said he was a subgerent. The care of the other staff was kind and attentive, it is necessary to recognize. The breakfast is good. In general, the cost X benefit is not good.

Good hotel without so many expectations

It is a good hotel more not excellent, rooms in good condition, the hard beds. Breakfast had the essentials, it didn't have as much variety but it's good, the restaurant is pretty good to eat inside the hotel

Lesser than Ibis - Not recommended

You don’t need to be a frequent guest to realize that the Mercure Pajuçara is poorly managed and offers an even inferior experience than Ibis.
The room is small — and it is worth noting that we chose the best category, with sea views.
Breakfast is limited, with few options and serious flaws in the Service: cheese bread and croissant are not available at the buffet; they are served sporadically on trays at the tables, and both had poor taste and quality. The restaurant is small and does not involve the demand, resulting in queues to get in.
The check-in was chaotic. The employees showed total unpreparedness. At 14:30 the room was not ready yet, although the official check-in time is at 12:00, according to information from the hotel's own website. Just after I questioned how the hotel would compensate for the delay, the attendant arranged a room — amidst just two employees trying to serve all guests.
In short, it’s unbelievable that the Accor network keeps the Mercure flag at such a low standard than expected, seriously compromising the brand’s reputation. Lack of good management.
I only stayed at the Mercure because the Meridiano Hotel and the Premier Hotel I always stayed in were crowded
