Very well worth it

The hotel is well located, very good service, excellent breakfast, the service of the Adriano Café was exceptional, we intend to return soon, sorry it rained a few days did not take advantage of more.

Scammers - avoid this place.

Booked through Booking.com and they contacted me on WhatsApp right away saying my credit card didn't work. Then they tried to take payment another way.
Very shady.
Booking.com says 48-hour cancellation, but even though I cancelled a week in advance due to visa issues, they refused to refund me and stopped being helpful once they had my money.
They promised everything and delivered nothing. Completely dishonest and unprofessional.
Do not book here.

Not far from a 5-star hotel

Well, I hope this review will help someone give up booking at this hotel. Clearly this hotel has had the days of glory but today is very abandoned and definitely not worth the price charged by the daily and not the title of 5 stars. Rooms and areas in general need maintenance and heavy cleaning urgently. The staff do what they can, but obviously the owner left the hotel his own luck, lack a good cleaning and maintenance team. The breakfast is very good, the staff serving the cafe and the pool area are very kind, the outside area is very nice. It was just what was worth it to me.
