make sure the parking lot has space available

Great location and accommodation, renovated hotel, new.
Very good breakfast!
Hotel does not inform on the website that parking is for availability.
We arrived at the hotel and we were informed that the parking lot was crowded, we had to leave the car in the parking lot of the Havan store on the other side of the avenue, by guidance from the receptionist.
Reception attendants need better training.

Disappointment

I always stay at Sandri, reserve in advance, pay in full before, ask to stand high at the reservation and also ask for certain room numbers. When I arrived there this time on 03/07, the receptionist asked me to arrange the reservation, at the time I was tired of the flight and said I did not pay no? My husband TB didn't remember. She said, no! Then I made the payment and I went up, I was on high but in none of the numbers I asked, I was in one that I didn't want. When I got in, there was a bad smell in the room. I didn't have that good perfume you only have at the Sandri Palace Hotel. And by the way I was smelling sewage, I went to look at the bill and saw that I had paid in the reservation in May. I did not stay in the room, I went down, they made the storn and gave me another room on a higher floor and said it was an up grade, when I go up, it was a room facing the back of the hotel with a single window(the front are all of glass and with 2 windows and had a house bed and a single one. I went down again and said I wasn't gonna stay in that one. They gave me a room in front, lower than the first one is totally stinky. I didn't have to go through all this stress!!!

They did not honor any of the benefits of the Gold status VIP at all and pretended not to even know what it was. Everything was closed all the Bars on Friday night from 6 to 11pm . Crazy should be a 1 star hotel.

The front desk informed us tha despite having booked two rooms at the same time ,there were on different floors .They also informed us that there was no room for our rented car so we had to park on the street ,and that this was the policy.When asked to talk yo the manager they said he was not in the hotel ,but there was nothing they could do and that the were acting according to procedure .My husband had to beg for a parking space that cost 45 reales .the rooms were clean ,but there was a moist smell on the hallways and the rooms had cracks on the ceelings . There was only one comforter in the room despite having two beds .Breakfast was decent .Pricey hotel for what they offer .

QUER MOFO NO QUARTO ? HERE IT IS!!!

Go to this hotel...
Rooms full of mold !!!!
I complained, changed my room and more mold !!!!
I stayed 2 hours with my 9-year-old son, asthmatic, waiting for a clean room.... Manager Janio came from his home, from Bermuda to take care of me.
Complained that I was aggressive in the complaint after 2 hours waiting for the manager to come from his house... regrettable!!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Very poorly preserved hotel!!!
I came to the Mercure, same price and another category!!
Beyond the mold, divorce with a 9-year-old child and bad care.... If you are unhappy, look somewhere else....
