A frustrated weekend

They don’t deliver what they show on social media.

The inn is beautiful, the service and the people who served us were friendly, however, it lacks some basic things for staying in chalets (cloak rack, TV, minibar). We had dinner last night and my fiancé paid for a picanha that wasn't picanha, the risotto only had parmesan cheese, I ordered a dish with medium prawns, and what came in the half dish were mini prawns. The photos published on social media do not match reality.
The chalets lack basic things for accommodation, there is no TV, there is no place to put anything. The menu does not match reality, I paid for a dish of risotto with picanha, and the meat was extremely tough and the risotto was rice with cream.
The positive point is the service, the staff are very polite and friendly.
