Reasonable

Hotel urgently needs a reform and review of some procedures.
- Air only worked by connecting to a distance of 20/30 cm, and was only "repaid" after 4 orders;
- Cleaning leaves nothing to be desired;
-Morning coffee started at 6:00, but in practice it was 6:20 and there were very few things served, including bread;
-Hotel offers Awakening Service, but in my case they didn't call because according to the employee was running;

Overall good, but it can improve.

There are points to improve. This is the third time I stay at the hotel with my parents, and this time I went with a pet, and compared to other times, I realize that there is a difference between rooms, in terms of infrastructure. The room, although quiet, was a little small (the one on the third floor was bigger). The bathroom on the third floor looks newly renovated, while the fourth floor, where I stayed this time, looks older. The shower regulates the temperature according to the water pressure (opens more to cool). The beds are clean, the pillow found a bit thin and hard. The air conditioner was very cold, I had to turn it off because the control did not regulate temperature. Pet fee was charged of 50 reais, but there are no amenities for the pet, it is only access to the room. There was no help carrying the bags, my already elderly father had to help me carry. Receptionists are friendly. Dinner was good, ordered spaghetti to the bolognese and the pasta came in the point al dente. Breakfast very tasty, full and varied. Wifi swung a little at night, but after 22:00 it worked well.

One of the best in town

Hotel Poseidon is a great choice for visitors to Imperatriz. Its central location makes it easy to access several points of the city, and the environment is quite welcoming.
The staff was extremely attentive and helpful throughout my stay, always willing to help.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good beds and air-conditioning working perfectly.
The hotel has good infrastructure, including a swimming pool and a nice living area.
The breakfast is varied and tasty, offering fresh and tasty options for all tastes.
I would recommend Hotel Poseidon for those seeking comfort and good service in Imperatriz.

Stopped in time

The Hotel looks beautiful from the publicity images but don't be fooled, because it has been forgotten in time.
The room card is magnetic and demagnetizes extremely easily. The bathroom has an electric shower that does not work in summer mode, only winter. The bathroom waste is cleaned just by picking up the papers, without changing the plastic bag, the result is a horrible smell. The pool was green because it was so dirty (I even took a photo so you can see), the air conditioning in the room had no control: it was either on and freezing cold, or off and incredibly hot. The beds only had a thin sheet. No duvet or even a blanket to deal with the freezing cold air conditioning on the bed. My solution was to turn the paddles up so I wouldn't go straight to bed. But I had to do it by hand because the control doesn't work.
The most serious point was that the elevator has a confusing message about the permitted kg limit. 6 people got into the elevator and it stopped between the first and second floor. The elevator has no ventilation, and we spent about 5 minutes inside the cramped, hot and almost airless cubicle. Some people, including myself, began to panic.
If I return to Imperatriz, I will certainly make a point of making sure to stay elsewhere. This hotel never again.
