Great for family, renovated!

The second time we stayed, we saw the evolution in a year, chairs, new sunshine guards, renovated restaurant, access to the beach also renovated, always warm attendees, cleanliness of the rooms impeccable even being a beachfront hotel! With kids very well worth it, the outdoor pool is now also slightly heated, we love it, and we will possibly come back!!!

Great potential but deserves attention and investment

The hotel is in a great location, the staff is polite and attentive, but some rooms need maintenance, shower positioned on the wall, air conditioning that does not connect directly to the remote control, bathroom toilet needing to be re-anchored, very used sheets, pillow needing to be discarded. Excellent structure but needs renovation and care

Beautiful stay!!!

We stayed 6 days. Located in the room facing the sea.
The hotel has different atmospheres, all beautifully decorated with beautiful and well distributed furniture. A good access, a reception, a library / games room, each has different furniture. Beautiful.
The outdoor pool is comfortable with plenty of place to enjoy.
And it has an internal pool with sea view. Tb there are games for children.
The restaurant is spacious and the food was excellent. A very good chef preparing simple and complex dishes with the same care and excellent presentation.
All the staff have been very friendly and efficient.
It was an impeccable and quiet stay.
We would come back whenever the opportunity presents itself!

2nd visit to the site

Hotel located on the seafront of Imbituba. Reasonable facilities. The open pool was renovated and was very good, now with a heating that greatly improves the use. The internal went through an improvement which was also very good. Good breakfast. Points that deserve improvements by the administration: cleanliness of the rooms (was cheap in the room we used), beach service could be better, considering the number of employees. Another very unpleasant point was that there were guests using sound boxes in the environment of the dining tables, although there was ambient music in the place.

Happy weekend

Hotel with a very good structure, surprised me. Good rooms. Quality bath towels. Mattress and good bedding.
Needs maintenance in the bathroom. When we turn on the shower the box water empty out. Only one seal is missing. Simple and good restaurant. We had a counter time at the time the plate arrived. The beans that accompanied the dishes were very little. We asked the waiter for another portion of beans. Comes the same quantity. I complained. The waitress said that was the portion. At the time of payment I was charged 12,00 for a cup of coffee with beans. These things are so small and the hotel ends up sining and irritating the guest. Lack of common sense. Since the previous day was served feijoada. Which by the way was very good.
This did not affect our stay. But it remains the Fica to increase the portion of the beans.
