I love this hotel

This hotel is part of our family life. We have been many times and after the last reforms is getting better and better. Clean and safe environment, a place that pleases all ages.

Lack of respect!!!

The hotel does not respect the law of silence. The screams from the pool instructors are terrible. Even the guests complain and we who live in front of us have no peace. You can't work, study or sleep. I'm tired of calling and nothing's done. We from the building will take appropriate measures.
There is no need for so much noise, screams and loud music.

A place to relax

We had a great surprise when we arrived at the hotel. To realize that you are investing in good changes. Water is the best we have in SC.
Attention from the entire team from booking to checkout all great. Parquinho, outdoor space, football field.... all very well taken care of.
Only I do not rate in excellent pq the food leaves a little to be desired. We stayed from Friday to Sunday and only on Saturday we ate muuuuuito well, the other days did not have much standard, food without salt, no taste, table full but lacked taste. The manha coffee and afternoon snack the same, Saturday all delicious, the other days no longer. But to realize that the changes are happening, we say that the food TB will improve. We will return with certainty.

Wonderful!

Great hotel, has an old building, but a good part was "modernized", the combined room for example is huge, with a large pool with chairs and a floor staircase (facilitates much for swimming clothes). Wonderful food, children's and adult recreation. The large and well-maintained garden is another differential.
