Excellent option for families in the Gramado Center.

Hotel with many options for families, especially for children!
Area kids with many activities and that occupy the little ones.
Breakfast with lots of options.
Ample room, with new furniture and with a clean feeling!
We were very well served by waiters Jefferson and Kennedy at the Lounge Bar!

I don't recommend - awful

If you're expecting a real five star hotel with amenities, being well treated and people with good manners this is not the place for you.

What an amazing location! As close as possible to the main attractions and away from the noise of the streets. The staff was attentive. The accommodations were clean and the breakfast was simply great.
