Great Quality,Cost & Benefit !

The big diference is Roberto. His is the owner and the soul of Estrellato. His kindness is amazing! Estrellato is a small hotel, confortable, very, very clean, with a delicious breakfast, sheets, pillows and mattress in high quality.Ten minutes walking-distance from downtown.Great cost & benefit ....I really recommend!

Best quality for that price

I've spent 3 nights in that residence with my girlfriend, and we really loved that place. It can appear odd at the first sight, with the reception being actually in the small shop in the ground floor, and a single, very narrow stairs to get into the rooms area, in a neighborhood which seem deserted, but the room are nice and clean, the staff is extremely kind and helpful, and it's located at 20 minutes walking from the center. As most (reputed) restaurants offers free pickup, the location of the residence is not a problem if that's what you're into. The inclusive breakfast was also quite nice. Papaya and melon, toasts and bread, jam and home made butter, cheese, ham, a whole bunches of cakes, juices, tea and coffee.
On the minus side, the wifi only worked once in a while, and basic knowledge of Portuguese might be useful.

Nossa casa em Gramado

É a 2ª vez que nos hospedamos no Estrelatto e sempre que formos à Gramado, ficaremos lá. O atendimento de seu Roberto, proprietário, é excepcional, os quartos são limpos, camas confortáveis, lugar aconchegante, localizado na Av. das Hortênsias (localização top) e ambiente familiar. A lojinha da Laura, que fica em baixo da pousada, tem excelentes opções de roupas para o frio e com um valor ótimo. Literalmente, nos sentimos sempre em casa. Super indico!!! Melhor custo-benefício de Gramado!

Ótimo lugar

Ambiente familiar, ótimo custo benefício, boa localização podendo ir a pé ao centro, quarto limpo o organizado, Seu Roberto muito atencioso e solícito, café da manhã simples mas ótimo! Recomendo a estadia!

Bom custo benefício

Pontos positivos: A Pousada é bem localizada, quartos limpos e bem amplos. Quanto ao proprietário e funcionários, todos são muito atenciosos.
Pontos que precisam ser corrigidos: Não possui uma portaria para melhor controle e segurança e, também, não há acesso para pessoas com problema de locomoção, pois é necessário subir uma escada muito íngreme para ter acesso aos quartos.
