Good value for the price. I was impressed that despite me not knowing English the staff did as much as possible to communicate with us, it was very helpful. I also left my sunglasses by the pool and forgot too the next day and they had them at the front desk. Shower had nice hot water and good pressure too.

I'd be somewhere else next time.

Place with very old structure, level you go back in time with such nostalgia of some materials. The room served me, however, nothing surprising.
I did not like the morning caté very much, but it is close to the bus station, which makes the location good.

Hard to recommend.

I stayed with my girlfriend and, unfortunately, our experience in this hotel was quite disappointing and made it clear that the structure urgently needs a complete renovation. The small repairs are clearly made to “tap holes.”
The breakfast is weak, with little variety and low quality. In the bedroom, old and worn towels, there was no room for clothes and toilet paper was of extremely inferior quality.
To complete, some receptionists have demonstrated lack of preparation and, worse yet, pass a message of the type “it is what we have”.
Overall, the hotel urgently needs to review its management, maintenance and staff training. With so many negative points accumulated, it becomes difficult to recommend the stay or consider a return.

Bad experience with this hotel

The hotel is terrible. The reception service is painful. Breakfast is shameful.
There is no cabide in the room. You don't have a single glass of water to drink.
There is a table that they say is to work or eat, but there is no chair to sit at the table.
The TV only takes 2 channels.

WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER VISITED

Hotel simply one of the worst I've ever seen, we arrived at the hotel close to midday, to store the bags, it took an hour and they informed that I would only release the room at 15:00, I asked for kindness to anticipate the check-in in view that we spent the morning and start of the day without rest, being that simply me and a dozen couples were in the same situation and the hotel only released access to the rooms at 15:00, we tried to talk to the people of the service and said that the rooms were in the process of hygienization and that once I finished it would be released, but still only was released our access at 15:00 and observed that more than 70% of the hotel was unhosted and there were rooms that were not clean at that time, and the bed and hygiene of the hotel is horrible, breakfast is going, excellent location only has no administration that makes the service good.
