Simply perfect

Friendly and qualified staff. Room clean and large enough. Great breakfast.
I recommend it as they are very careful to listen and meet the needs of their customers.

Central option in Foz, however...

The Rafain Centro is a very well located hotel, right within the city of Foz do Iguaçu and this is a great advantage over the hotels that are located on the cataract road. Surrounded by good restaurants, bars, pharmacy, market and the city center. The hotel is old, but it is in renovation, the exterior area is beautiful, but the pool "climatised" can not keep the water heated for use on cold days. The room has good size, new TV connected, bathroom of good size, but it is visible that an adaptation was made between the old and the new. Between the bedroom and the bathroom the door has a terrible step that is clearly favorable to accidents. Low-quality amenities and towels. Roommates careful and the room was clean. Uncomfortable room lighting. The breakfast is good, I believe the tapiocas area is in adaptation, because the tapioca is nice, but the counter does not work. The products are good, but there is no sympathy from the staff, all closed in full tourist location. The reception is also a failure in attention and sympathy. I believe that many tourists will pass by and that cordiality and sympathy is fundamental to the improvement of the hotel, training is needed. A suspended chair in the pool broke up with my daughter and no waiter stopped to ask if everything was okay. I would only host again if the cost was more adjusted or appropriate for that.
To conclude, I considered the consumption cost of the restaurant (cardápio), appropriate and fair for the products served, better than many hotels in the region.

Very good hotel in donwtown

Very good experience in this hotel. Great Staff, clean, rooms at a nice size. Excellent location, near at pharmacy, restaurants. Very good breakfast.

Great cost benefit

Very good hotel, highlighting sympathy and efficiency of the staff. Empathy from the kitchen staff. I put as a suggestion the breakfast start earlier as there are many tours that we need to leave the hotel at 6:30 a.m. And the coffee starts at 6:30. A greater variety of items over the course of the days, would also be good. The location is perfect. Many restaurants nearby, highlighting a restaurant that stands almost in front of bel viale. Wonderful.

I will never return to this hotel

Terrible... rude... lacking cordiality, maintenance issues... they threw away our personal belongings from our room... you enter and they don't even greet you... the employees have a shocking lack of training... the management is so bad it is embarrassing.
