I liked it, just need a microwave for guests to use

The lunch and restaurant staff the messengers are great, were super kind with my daughter who made birthday.
They served a gluten-free cake and snack, but one day they didn't let my food heat up because the chef didn't. But it's complicated not to be able to use for qur I am celiac and can't feed myself in the hotel sotao who needs microwave and hard.

Many points for improvement

Old hotel, maintains basic conservation. The experience in the room was not very good, thin sheets, there was no blanket available to cover only a heavy and very old comforter, the bathroom was a bit dark and the cleaning of the room floor was full of product sticking to the foot. The amenity items left something to be desired. I needed an iron and the hotel does not have any irons to provide to guests. I liked the breakfast.

Decent Stay for a Visit to the Brazilian Side of Iguazu Falls

My first impression of this hotel was that they do Christmas right! We arrived on New Year’s Day, and their decorations were amazing! Upon our arrival, we were treated to welcome drinks by the enthusiastic front desk staff. We were also informed that our room had been upgraded at no charge, which was a nice surprise. We’d booked a Double Room with 1 Double Bed, but not sure what class of room we ended up in. We ended up in a large somewhat dark and empty feeling room that looked down over the pool, with a sitting area, table and chairs, and 1.5 baths. This hotel has the look of one that was absolutely amazing in its prime, but is maybe about 20 years past that. Everything seemed very fancy, but dated. For instance, our room had a giant whirlpool tub, but a tiny shower enclosed in frosted glass. It also seemed that our room may have had water damage at one point, since there were multiple places along the outer wall where the drywall was cracked and bulging. It was also very sparsely decorated. In addition, the half bathroom smelled terrible, though luckily we didn’t have to use it since we had another toilet and were only there one night. On the plus side, breakfast here was amazing – the best we experienced in our entire 3-week trip to South America. Plenty of fresh fruit, cheese, cereal, pastries, etc. The area around the hotel didn’t have a lot going on, but there were a few restaurants right across the street, and a few more about a 15-minute walk away.

Hosting honeymoon

Our stay was simply impeccable! From the reception to the check-out moment, we were treated with a lot of affection, attention and professionalism.
The room was comfortable, super spacious, extremely clean and cozy, and the entire hotel structure exceeded our expectations. The staff at the reception, the restaurant and everyone who served us were always very helpful and made our experience even more special.
We received the room with a welcome letter and a tray of wonderful fruits!!
And we loved breakfast too hehe
We will definitely bring incredible memories from this place and hope to come back at a next opportunity. We recommend closed eyes!

Very good hotel

I loved the hotel, well located, clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever eaten, lots of variety.
Super recommend.
