Great stay at Don Zepe

The hotel is very well located, close to restaurants, pharmacies (one of them is next door), markets, bars and the main tourist attractions of the region, and has 24-hour service. The staff are very attentive, the breakfast is great but no exaggerations, the room we stayed is quite comfortable, not so spacious but a second maler resolved and got everything organized. There is also on the ground floor a small kitchen equipped with some basic items such as an electric kettle, cooktop, etc (please confirm before booking everything that will be available on the occasion of your stay). For those who are focused on exploring the maximum of the place and the surroundings, both practicality and a cozy place to rest and renew the energies for the next day is perfect!

Don Zepe Hotel is simple but very practical hotel to stay in Florianopolis. It is located at the heart of Lagos da Conceicao and it is close to the main bars and restaurants in this area. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. So, I really recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a short stay in Florianopolis.

Bad cleaning

Better than simple inns in the region and that's it. Weak breakfast. Noisy maids knock on doors all the time and talk loudly. Poor cleaning, lots of mold and dirt. Good decoration. Good reception. There is no parking. Good location.
