Immaculate care and true welcome

The guesthouse is super safe, hospitable and full of good energies. Absolute highlight to Jeany and Marcio, who make all the difference, always attentive, friendly and willing to help with any request. Clean rooms, quality towels, warm shower and a Mood that makes you feel at home. It's hard to find so much sympathy and care like that. I recommend closed eyes!

Training for the manager on how to treat the client.e can improve a lot.

The manager was very careless and rude with me and my friends.
Guest house away from the main beaches.
There was no water to take a bath on the first day.
Missed salt bread for breakfast.

Highly disappointing

Don’t trust the pictures. The place is in a very bad shape. Cleanliness is not a great concern. Bathrooms are small. Toilets do not flush properly. Shower has a ridiculous low pressure. Except for the manager, Marcela, who was extremely nice and did everything to make our stay more comfortable, the rest of the staff is untrained, unhelpful and sometimes almost rude. Our complaints about the fact that rooms were not being cleaned and breakfast was once messy were answered with a “we are very busy” or “we are understaffed”. Breakfast was ok.

Extremely helpful staff

I wasn't able to stay here sadly, however I wanted to say how helpful Lucas was when I was trying to book our accommodation here. He was very attentive to all my emails, replied quickly and was very efficient. I really appreciated the help and I hope to stay here one day.
