A decade of excellence, though rooms could use a refresh
I have been staying at the Delmond for over ten years, and the service remains consistently excellent. The staff is wonderful, the valet service is seamless, and the overall experience is always high-quality.
Room is clean and nice.
The amenities here are great—the restaurant and breakfast are both highlights of the stay, and I always enjoy the gym and the nice pool area. The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable; however, they are starting to feel a bit dated after all these years. While everything is well-maintained, a modern refresh would really bring the guest rooms up to the high standard of the rest of the hotel. Still my go-to choice after a decade!

My stay at the Delmond Hotel in Cuiabá was a very pleasant experience. The rooms are of great quality—spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were consistently professional and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable.
Room service and the restaurant were both excellent, offering good variety and quality. Parking is also well managed, with hotel staff facilitating the process smoothly, which adds an extra layer of convenience.
Overall, Delmond Hotel combines comfort, service, and practicality, making it an excellent choice in Cuiabá.

Great Hotel

Very good service, large and comfortable rooms, very good shower with hot and strong water. Cafe da manha with an excellent buffet option, excellent location. TV with great channels, comfortable beds, very good air conditioning and quiet.

"Disappointing experience and unacceptable service at the Delmond Hotel"

My experience with the Delmond Hotel was extremely disappointing. I made a reservation through their website, but the system changed the dates without my consent. This resulted in an improper charge on my credit card. Even though I immediately contacted the hotel to report the problem to the receptionist at check-in, they simply ignored my complaint. No one gave me back or took any provision to solve the problem.
To make it worse, one of the phones informed on the hotel website is not even working. It is almost impossible to communicate with them, and the lack of professionalism is unacceptable.
The customer service of this hotel is bad, the booking system is completely flawed, and it is obvious that they have no respect for guests. I highly recommend avoiding the Delmond Hotel.
