Worst Hosting of My Life

Impossible to call it a hotel. In the ad they said that there was air conditioning, when we arrived at the hotel the air conditioning did not work was filthy and the hotel staff was not able to solve. We had to sleep in a noisy, warm room with no air conditioning. In addition, the advertisement said the hotel was pet friendly. After making the reservation I was surprised by an extra fee of 50 reais, something that I do not think is due to a room full of defects. Unfortunately we had no other option that night and we were forced to stay in this hotel project. Really disappointing the service of this hotel and booking.com for not auditing the ads it offers. I want at least half my money back.

Bad experience

The room air does not work in the refrigerator, only works the ventilation function, leaving the room warm and no oxygenation, the shower is weak, no volume of water.
We searched the reception, and the solution was to offer us another room on the ground floor, noisy, they gave us the key and we tested, the air, also, seemed to have the month the problem. In short, bad experience, I advise not to book this hotel.
