Worse than Ibis

Simple hotel with focus on short trips. If the stay is longer than one night be aware that there is no room cleaning service. The used room lacks maintenance and a little more care in cleaning, damaged items and mold in various places of the bathroom. It tends to compete with Ibis but this experience was worse than all the Ibis I have stayed in. Breakfast and bath very good, saved the accommodation and guaranteed the score 3. I've stayed in much worse hotels, if it's one night serves well. Maybe I had bad luck in the room they gave me.

Business travel

Our stay at this hotel was simply wonderful! From the moment of arrival, we were welcomed with a warm and professional service. The rooms are extremely comfortable, well decorated and clean, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities offered are impeccable and have contributed to a total wellness experience. Breakfast is varied and delicious, with options for all tastes. The location is excellent, with easy access to the main sights of the city.

Good hotel, great breakfast

Efapi Center is a very cozy and simple hotel.
Major downside: Rooms are a little too small, they remind me of NYC hotel accommodations that are that size due to the high cost of real-estate in NY. As Chapecó is not exactly a metropole, this kind of cost reduction decision (to build very tiny rooms) bugs me.
Best part: Breakfast is a very good surprise. Good variety, very polite staff.
Overall it was a good stay and I would definitely come back.
