Hotel so host

Hotel itself and good, clean bed, cosy atmosphere, great breakfast, but the restaurant leaves to be desired, we went to dinner the waiter came menu and more than half of the menu was missing, and the prices charged and very expensive for being so a main dish without much choice, I do not recommend the restaurant.

Terrible experience

I had a bad experience that I do not recommend to anyone, of the 3 days I stayed took a hot bath in just one of them. Bad service from the reception and couldn't solve, the last day offered for me to take a bath in another room and in the end was not available.

EXCELLENT FAMILY HOTEL IN CHAPECÓ

I don't understand how in the reviews this hitel is not with a maximum score! Excellent hotel, very comfortable room and bed, great acoustic insulation, great bed, spectacular breakfast yes kkkk I say this because my son repeated about 3 times of so much abundance and this hotel has one BASE thing but that is found almost never... a room that gives privacy to the couple when travelling in family or is twinned with door separating the bed from the couple and the two beds of the children or teenagers! this for me is a fault of most hotels and that in Slaviero we have... another thing check in and check out objective and fast!

It exceeded expectations!

Facilitating reception, clean rooms, extremely comfortable bed(it would be a compliment aside, as the mattress wanted to bring away) several good pillows, covered and smelly edredons of a way that just opening the door I was already enchanted. The new and impeccable bathroom including shampoo/conditioner/liquid soap at will. Breakfast better than much 5-star hotel. Free parking for the host, easy location. If every Hotel Slaviero is equal to Slaviero Chapecó I already have a favorite network!
