Excellent stay

Excellent location on one of the quietest and widest beaches in Florianopolis Facilities are comfortable and work well all services, very good value for money. Excellent attention from the person,l very friendly and always well prepared to solve any inconvenience. Highly recommended and we hope to return

They do not comply with the reservations made

We rent 4 apartments in one of the towers of the inn. Bookings were made in June for January. Upon arrival we were placed in other departments than those reserved and one of them with much lower status than what was paid.
In another of the apartments we did not have hot water in 3 days, and the solution was to move everything to bathe in a bathroom of the reception in the other building.

Great cost-benefit

Simple apartment, but quite complete. Accommodating attention. The location is excellent, very close to the beach and the bakery that indicated for breakfast is delicious. The cost benefit of the guesthouse is perfect.
