Cozy

Family inn, very simple. Very welcoming, wonderful and diverse breakfast. Very well located, practically walking in the sand, close to the center of the village. Near the port where the tours and transfer depart.

Pousada Água Viva! Great experience in Boipeba!

The guesthouse is very well located, close to the ambassador and the beaches.
The service from the owner and her daughters is affectionate and efficient. He made us very comfortable.
The accommodations are comfortable and cozy.
The information about guides and tours was very important in deciding the itineraries.
I highly recommend it!!!

Great value for money

Super well located, between the center and the beaches.
Airy and clean rooms.
We arrived on a 2nd holiday and it was just us at the inn, and the breakfast was super complete and delicious. Peelless mango... something we don't even find in big hotels, fresh fruit, freshly made juice, scrambled eggs, fresh bread... it surprised us because it was all just for us. I recommend

Great location, employees and rooms

Been there twice (in 2015 and 2017) and what stands out is the location (unless you want total isolation) and the employees who are always very polite and thoughtful. The rooms are small but very comfortable and always clean. The AC and refrigerator works perfectly. The shower has some issues but works ok, and the TV only has like two channels but you shouldn't watch much TV there anyway.
I highly recommend it if you want a balanced option between nearby infrastructure (restaurants, agencies, markets) and nature, as it is beachfront and 20 minutes walk to more reserved beaches like Cueira.
What really needs to be taken care of is the ammount of flies and insects during the breakfast.

Excellent surprise

We left Morro de SP after 1 day because it is too touristic, full of pousadas, shops and tourist things. We took a boat to Boipeba.
This was the best decision. Boipeba is authentic, has some ( enough) infrastructure, the best restaurant ( Flor da Lua) I was in 3 months Brasil and great great beaches.
We stayed 3 nights at Pousada Agua viva
+ great location in the middle of village, close to the beaches , pier, center.
+ good rooms, everything works, clean, quiet, quiet A/C, good bathroom.
+ excellent price / quality ratio at 180 reals incl breakfast a really good deal.
+ great sunset in front of the Pousada at the beach
- A lot of flies at breakfast table !
No doubt, I will come back to Boipeba and will stay again in Pousada agua viva
Highly recommended, incl the restaurant Flor da Lua which is already worth the trip.
