A memorable experience! The real paradise in Boipeba!!

We loved our stay at Colibri Beach Villas! The space is stunning, managing to combine modern comfort with the island's wild nature, making us feel at home.
A very special thanks to Gui and Fabiana. They were extraordinary hosts, always available, attentive and with a contagious sympathy✨
I highly recommend and hope to come back soon!

I do not recommend it in any way!

I was fooled by the reviews of Hotels.com and Booking, whose ratings were 9.8 and 9.2. The hostel has a lot of potential, but is literally falling to pieces due to lack of maintenance. He's only three years old, but he's already totally abandoned. In my stay the hot water record from the shower broke. It was a Friday night, they said they'd pack on Monday, but it stayed broken until our checkout. We had two droplets in the bathroom, one of them on top of the toilet. The hotel does not have sun loungers on the beach as shown in the photos and the pool area is abandoned. Unmaintained garden, full of bush. Including the garden of the outside shower of the bedroom, full of bush. From 22am to 8am there is no employee in the guesthouse to assist you, not even a security, the WhatsApp number only respond in reception opening hours, we had problems with noisy neighbors and we had no one to turn to. I was only answered the next day after 11 a.m. By the way, the rooms are glued and you can hear absolutely EVERYTHING from the next room. To sum up, if it cost 300 reals it would be OK, but for a guesthouse that charges 1,000 reals per day (without coffee), I felt completely wrong!

Much to improve

I stayed 5 nights the hotel. The sunshades and pastries of the photos on the beach, do not exist.... there are only 6 (one broken) in the pool
The suites are accessible by leaving the hotel on the side street.
Tel.bathroom had a very nice outside shower but no tap....
Maintenance on the grail is loose.
The WiFi is so bad. I ended up connecting to the WiFi of the neighboring hotel.
Sheets are synthetic and girls for bed.
Last night the power went out in my room and we ran out of air conditioning (for 6 hs with 31 degrees)
The location is very good, the pool and the sea view too.
Guillerme's attention is excellent and the breakfast girls very friendly

Great service, infrastructure to improve

Excellent service, special thanks to Fabi and Polyana who did not measure efforts to make our stay perfect. Comfortable beds, good shower and spacious room. Location in a quiet location a short walk from the village. In our opinion breakfast could be more varied and served more quickly as we talked to them. Bath towels are well worn and bed linen stained, which compromises the rating.

Misleading

Avoid !
The pictures online are highly misleading.
The reception area is sad, with no attention to detail.
The pool is dirty, uninviting and the chairs are old.
The worst part is the room. From the pictures, it seems like it is in the middle of nature but actually it is right in front of another hotels back entrance and kitchen. It is smelly and loud and kills the nature feel.
There is only one staff as reception, the level of service is not up to standard.
This place is worth 3 stars at best.
