Great option for a good night's rest, mattresses are stiffer but comfortable and new.

Cold water bath
I went a congress were. Took about 9 hours to get there. it was me and a group of people to an congress,we arrived the we felt right away that the city was quite cold ,well wrapped up we stayed and went to the congress because we arrived at approximately 8 em the morning ,at noon we has lunch ,when arrived at the restaurant we ordered a lasagna we very good!we chatted and soon after we returned to the congress,going to our accommodation ,no hotel at sunset,we realized that we had no hot shower,face to take a shower in a climate of approximately 15º the water should be very cold,in men's room and we went all(one in each bathroom)
Wow ,and the water was really cold,some were shouting ,others were knocking on the door,it was like entering an ice basin,the next day we left,went to the square ,we had ice cream, and enjoyed the rest of the morning to start a trip back. I recommend go am to the city in a winter,it is cool,it has several tourist points that one can visit, and a council,stay in places that have hot water for bathing

Sinto Muito pelo ocorrido.
Esclarecemos que o Hotel Porto do Sol Ltda, conta com 3 (três ) sistemas de aquecimento de água de banho como:
solar
com suporte automático a gás e
30 chuveiros elétricos de reserva para em caso de pane no sistema acima.
Os recepcionistas estão 24:00 à disposição para dar assistência aos clientes.
Pelo que percebe-se e como foi dito, a agua não foi aquecida pelo sistema solar devido à temperatura de 15 graus e certamente houve problema técnico no aquecedor a gás que não acionou automaticamente e não houve o monitoramento preventivo.
Caso o prezado cliente tivesse ligado para a recepção e comunicado a temperatura da água, imediatamente o responsável teria resolvido o caso.
Pedimos muitas desculpas, apesar de existir a prática de monitoramento e por estar sempre dentro da conformidade, neste dia aconteceu a falha apontada.

Café da manhã bom.
Barulho externo perturba a tranquilidade dos apartamentos sobretudo os térreos.
O pessoal de serviços (todos) muito atenciosos e gentis.
Considero que o preço da diária um pouco alto.
