Extraordinary
I was last weekend in the Chalés Realli with my husband. Although we have booked the best room of the place, we were very surprised by the quality, space and beauty of the room and the place in general. I admit we didn't expect that much. In all areas we were positively surprised. The staff are very helpful and sought after, especially Lili and Fernando. Breakfast served at the table and La Carte, exceptional. Everything very fresh and delicious. My husband and I traveled very often and have already stayed in various locations, but we have never been in a place that has managed to elevate our experience and stay so much. We felt the need to return to the room and enjoy the hotel, so pleasant the stay and everything the place provided us (fireplace, air conditioning, outdoor area, pool, bath - clean by sign). From now on, it will be difficult to host me elsewhere and not compare with Realli, rsrs. When I'm in the area, I will definitely only stay there. Going to Maringá/Visc. de Mauá and not staying in this hotel, is not having the full experience.

Cozy place with comfort. Suggest: Small adjustments for guests.
A very cozy place to enjoy the cold in the middle of nature.
Chalés Realli has rustic proposal with comfort.
Breakfast tasty and there card.
In the Chalet where we stayed felt the lack of the thermal towel or spare towel set. The towels don't get dry for the morning bath.
I suggest adding a hair dryer for women.
The balcony can be best used, offering the guest comfort - an invitation to appreciate nature and even taste a wine.

Excellent experience
At first, it is apparent that the hotel is undergoing renovations, but I hope that you will continue the whole project already started, mirroring what they already offer in the available suites, as it is of very good taste and extreme comfort. I enjoy every moment with my family and will come back with new opportunities. I dare say that, I have been in luxurious hotels, and the suite in which I stayed from this place does not lose in question quality. As information, wonderful breakfast served à la carte, with sophisticated touch. All very fresh and with a lot of taste.

Great surprise!
I stayed in the Upper Chalet with my wife, we found everything very well taken care of inside the chalet, from bed linen, towels, linen to all the decor... Everything very new and beautiful! Breakfast is a true culinary experience. I didn't need to take out the car from the Inn for nothing, great location! Close to everything!

Great! A piece of paradise close to nature and for those who want peace and quiet!
Excellent hosting! We stayed for three nights in the "One-Bedroom Chalet", it is very spacious, clean, modern inside and has a fireplace for use on very cold days and individual heating in the bed, it is very complete. Breakfast well served at an English-style table with a new menu every day.
We were very well received by the staff and the entire team, without exception, was always very helpful and very polite. Service is via WhatsApp and they respond promptly, but the internet (Wi-Fi) is unstable.
It has a swimming pool and a large, well-kept garden.
A positive point is its location, which is on the gastronomic street and 700m from the bridge on the border of Vila de Maringá/RJ and Vila de Maringá/MG from both villages, has a choice of restaurants, varied guided tours, general commerce and crafts and you don't even need to Taking your vehicle out of the inn's parking lot, you can walk, even at night, on Rua Gastronomica Tia Sofia without stressing about going out with your own vehicle, as the streets are super tight and busy and depending on the time of day, it's impossible to find parking spaces.
The inn still has old facilities in the reception area, in the cafe area and around the pool that require extensive renovation and modernization and has a lot of room for improvement and I imagine that the post-total renovation will look wonderful!
I suggest a small men's and women's locker room could be built around the location of the pool, both with bathroom and shower, separate service from a single facility with a heated outdoor spa/jacuzzi covered with a small sauna with a Finnish European style glass front , all in wood and having an exclusive masseur/massage therapy room, there is a beautiful space for this and it would be complete and would make a beautiful difference!
