Accommodation with young children

I stayed with my husband and our 3 little children to attend an upcoming event and it was a great experience. The room was quite spacious (even with the extra beds, baby crib, baby cart etc.) and we even managed to make meals in the room itself because it had table, sink and microwave. Hotel very well located (we went and came back from the event on foot), next to the Alphaville Shopping Center. Good restaurant for breakfast and dinner there on one of the nights as well. The kids had fun in the pool and I also took advantage of the gym and spa space which is a complementary service. Climbing the staircase has restaurants, cafes and services. There is also a Sugar Bread market a few steps away. All right at the lodging, we will definitely return.

Air Cond at the temperature the hotel chooses

The location is excellent but they limit the air conditioning to 20 degrees so if you are feeling warm you can't put in 18 degrees. Usually at the time of bathing even making the mixture between hot and cold water the water varies and sometimes for a few seconds becomes cold. These things I wrote happened in several times I stayed. I had complained other times but they did not resolve.

Experience report

During my stay, I noticed that the service provided was consistent, with a attentive, available and committed staff to meet the needs efficiently. Small details, such as the cordiality in the service and readiness in the resolution of demands, made a difference in the overall perception of the experience.

The better choice in Alphaville but boring

I stay regularly in Alphavile and there is unfortunately no better choice. Blue Tree is the better one but see it as 3 star hotel. It is clean, room are spacious, you have all the comfort but there is nothing about personality or emotions; it is a basic business hotel providing the basic services with a typical Brazilian buffet breakfast.

It was ok

Our experience at the hotel started off a bit frustrating. After a long 13-hour flight, the last thing we expected was to face a very long line at check-in. It took us around 30 minutes before we could finally get to our room, which was quite exhausting after such a long journey.
During the check-in process, no one informed us about the breakfast schedule, even though breakfast was included in our reservation. Because of that, we initially thought it hadn’t been included at all, which caused some confusion.
Overall, the stay itself was okay and we had a good time for most of it. The breakfast was actually great, with a good selection, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, our last morning left a negative impression. While we were in an area where there were no signs indicating that smoking was not allowed, a security guard approached us in a rather rude manner about it. After calling us out once, he did it again while we were simply walking back to our room, which made the situation quite awkward and uncomfortable. It was disappointing because it ended up overshadowing what had otherwise been a pleasant stay and left us with a less positive final impression of the hotel.
