Great guesthouse and quality service

I was very happy and satisfied with my stay at Pousada Jatobá.
The location is PERFECT, safe, quiet and close to the center, Beira Rio and all kinds of commerce, supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, snacks and shops. Despite being so close to the center, you sleep in total silence without any annoying noise. The guesthouse has a family atmosphere where the other guests are also quiet and quiet.
The room is exactly like in the photo. Comfortable and clean bed and pillow, air conditioning, provide 1 bath towel and 1 soap. My room had shared bathroom between only 2 rooms, which was great. During my entire stay, I never found the bathroom busy or had to wait. The shower does not have hot water but does not lack because the city is very hot and you are with the body burned from the sun.
The cleaning is impeccable. Room, bathroom, all facilities including the very clean breakfast and care with capricho.
The breakfast has everything you need. Coffee, milk, 2 options of fruit juice, cheese, ham, bread, cake, variety of fresh fruits and on request of the customer prepare on time eggs or tapioca hot.
The staff is very friendly, kind and asking. I was very well taken care of.
The wifi works very well, never fell and has great speed.

Good and Inexpensive

Stayed here for 2 nights. This place is located in a great spot. The lively river front where there are many bars, restaurants, and live music is only a 5 minute walk away. The staff don't speak English, but the young guy and lady working there were very nice. My room was clean and comfortable. The bed could use some new sheets though. Breakfast was simple but good. Overall, this place was exactly what I was looking for. I'm glad I stayed at Pousada Jatoba.

Voltaria com certeza e super indico

Muito bem localizada na região do centro, perto de bares e restaurantes.
Café da manhã excelente, e ainda podíamos escolher se queríamos no salão ou no quarto.
No momento da reserva, observei no site que não tinha ducha quente, mas nem fez falta.
Atendimento de ótima qualidade, nos faz sentir em casa.
Preços ótimos.
Estrutura simples, sem luxo, mas tudo muito limpo e aconchegante.
Inclusive no quarto que ficamos parece uma vila na parte do subsolo. Muito bonito. Recomendo e em breve retornarei.

Péssimo atendimento! Não vá!

Não havia nenhuma informação sobre chuveiro sem água quente no momento da reserva, chegando na pousada fomos avisados sobre essa informação.
Pedimos um balde com água quente para que uma pessoa doente pudesse tomar banho e eles se recusaram a fornecer!

Boa experiência

Pousada familiar, limpa e segura. Perto do centro café da manhã simples, mas que alimenta. Quartos com ar, TV, Frigobar, não tem chuveiro só ducha mas a água e fresca. Boa experiência para passar alguns dias e conhecer os lençóis..........
