Great Hostel

Great guesthouse and well located for those who go to Aparecida! Clean rooms, great service, super helpful and attentive reception Thaina from the first contact to the phone!! The boys of the night tbem gave us great service and accept Pets!! Perfect! We will be back for sure.

Very bad.

Room with a very strong smell, smell of cigarette or mold. Bathroom was not clean, with dirty box door and bathroom glass with sign of mold. Bed linen seemed not to have been changed, edredon was not clean, the blades were stained and crushed, had not been washed. A lot of noise right early.

Bad.

Pousada is with accommodation of 5 companies, we stayed in room 42 and the music started at 6:00 hrs, in addition to feeling insecure with 3 children. A big disappointment, besides the old toys, no condition of use. A pity, even more on a journey of spiritualization.

The service is good, but the infrastructure of the rooms is bad, shower that does not work, air conditioning that dismantles when it turns on, bathroom clogged, etc,etc.

Bom

A pousada é boa pra quem vai com criança eles aproveitam muito a área externa! Tem parquinho e bastante entretenimento pra eles. A localização é boa também e de fácil acesso. Recepção e funcionários são nota 10, muito educados.
Café da manhã e jantar estavam ótimos, com boas opções!
Única reclamação é sobre a limpeza do banheiro do quarto! Estava sujo! Sujeira acumulada, mofo nas paredes e cheirando forte! Precisa melhorar!
