I think it's the best in town

Hotel wonderful all new elegant furniture sensational view of the Christ and worth very well located with everything close and with excellent service with polite staff. Sunday and special breakfast

Wonderful location and service

The location is wonderful, just in the heart of town, service better yet. It was a little bit noisy on the street this time of the year because it is Carnival in Cochabamba, but no major complaints. One night I got sick (I had too much of the delicious Bolivian food) Kevin Medina, working at the front desk that night, called paramedics and in no time, I was at Hospital Univalle where I was treated promptly and efficiently, the next day they were asking me how I was. Really nice people. The fee includes an excellent breakfast with a variety of pastries, fresh fruit, fruit juices, scrambled eggs, coffee, milk and many other goodies. When we were leaving, the street was closed because of the Carnival parade, the concierge carried our luggage all the way to the available street and called us a cab.
The price is reasonable and they let us have an early check in.
Cons: furniture in the room is a little bit outdated, however the room is comfortable, and the service couldn’t be better. We’ll definitely be back!

Family weekend

The hotel has a very good location
The breakfast is very complete, includes juices, a variety of pastries, eggs, fruits, etc.
Staff attention is good
There are few 4* hotels that have air conditioning and these rooms have
Also the view from the room is very beautiful, we were on the 8th floor
The only bad thing is the rooms have carpet and do not smell very good...they say that on lower floors there are rooms with ceramic floors
The view from the terrace is also very nice.

VERY Noisy

Even though I got up to Floor 12, there was loud music outside - some street music.
Others in my group on different floors & different sides of the building also endured a sleepless night. Most had stopped at midnight, but then some started again at 2am!
What is the point of getting a room to sleep in if it is impossible to sleep!
No English-speaking TV except CNN

The 80'!

very old fashion hotel; even with the metal key for the door. the room furniture's looks old style but all in perfect shape and condition. Clean toilet. the breakfast was quite simple without espresso, but we can survive. location in very movement road.
