Cozy nice hotel

Had travel in August, cozy small hotel just 5 mins drive from the city centre.
Rooms are spacious and clean, courteous staff and good food.
Highly recommendable to family and solo travellers coming to Bhutan

Good.

Well-located hotel in the city center, 10 minutes on foot from the local market.
Beautiful spacious room, good bedding; just one downside: being on the floor of the restaurant, it was noisy, and we were also surrounded by construction on both sides. Otherwise, the dining options are good but nothing more, always offering Indian cuisine like everywhere else, which is really disappointing. At the foot of the hotel, there is a nice café with pastries.

Spacious and helpful

My family of four stayed in the studio apartment for 2 nights. The room was very spacious with kitchen, living room and seperate bedroom. The kitchen was provided with induction cooker, microwave oven and fridge too. It was very helpful since we are travelling with kids and sons loves eating at odd times, so warming the food or cooking a new meal was never an issue. Overall a great place to stay for family.

Nice Hotel in Thimphu

This was our first hotel we stayed at while touring Bhutan. The room was very spacious with a nice balcony. Bed was large, but firm (which some people enjoy more than others). Room and hotel in general were very clean. The breakfast every morning was pretty good, not a huge variety of food, but enough options for just about everyone. Our only issue was that the shower did not drain very well, like I had concerns about flooding the bathroom while showering. Location was great, close to the Centenary Farmers Market and Handicrafts market.

The room was very spacious. The staff was incredibly kind. Thimphu is small enough you can walk everywhere. If you do a hike or anything they’ll make you a “to go” box. My ONLY complaint is you can hear noises outside, but if you are a heavy sleeper it will be fine. Wonderful hotel.
