Great Stay at Island Magic Beach Resort
I can’t say enough great things about Island Magic. Victor picked us up from the ferry dock and from that point forward it was a perfect stay. The front desk were all very pleasant. Hanging out at the pool/bar and restaurant with Victor, Gord, Marybelle and Arosily was like being with friends I have known forever. Their smiling faces made our stay delightful. Our room was cleaned and organized extremely well every day. You can tell everyone there takes pride in their jobs. Sitting out on the dock sunbathing, sitting in the swings having a drink or having dinner on the rooftop were so relaxing. We can’t wait to return to visit our new friends at Island Magic!

Great views, great service, and clean rooms!
I had an amazing stay at Island Magic Beach Resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome. Even though there isn't an elevator, they personally brought all of my luggage up to my room, which I really appreciated.
I stayed in the Premium Ocean view suite and it was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. One of my favorite parts of staying here was how easy it was to communicate with the staff. I could simply text them if I wanted to order drinks or food from the restaurant/bar, or if I needed extra towels or anything else for my room. They always responded incredibly fast, and everything was taken care of right away. That level of service really stood out to me.
The property itself is beautiful. The pool is great, the location is perfect, family friendly, great for couples, and the atmosphere is exactly what you want for a relaxing stay in Caye Caulker.
I also have to mention the food at the bar and restaurant—it is AMAZING. Everything I had was delicious. In fact, I visited Caye Caulker after my stay and couldn't stay at Island Magic because they were fully booked, but I still came back just to eat there because the food is that good!
Overall, I can't recommend Island Magic Beach Resort enough. Between the incredible staff, excellent service, clean rooms, beautiful property, and amazing food, this is definitely a place I'll keep coming back to whenever I'm in Caye Caulker.

My stay at Island Magic Beach Resort on the beautiful island of Caye Caulker was nothing short of extraordinary. It was, without question, the best rest and relaxation I've had in at least five years.
What truly sets this resort apart is its incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, they made it a point to get to know me personally, remember my preferences, and anticipate my needs before I even had to ask. Whether it was making sure I had sunscreen, recommending a great meal, or checking that I was staying hydrated after an active day exploring the island, they genuinely cared about my well-being. I've stayed at many places over the years, but I've rarely experienced this level of attentiveness and hospitality.
A heartfelt thank you goes to the amazing team who made my stay unforgettable: Manager Amy, Sonjia at the front desk, Maribel and Tekla in the bar and restaurant, and Carlos, Cordilia, Victor, and Ari. Every one of them contributed to making my vacation truly special. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine care transformed what could have been a great vacation into an unforgettable experience.
By the time I left, I didn't feel like I was checking out of a hotel—I felt like I was saying goodbye to family. Great location. We swam right from their dock (saw eagle ray, sting ray, tarpoons) and used the pool every day. The swings, lounges, and tables in the back on the beach were really nice. The office staff and restaurant staff were super nice.
The air conditioner was leaking water into the room and staff fixed it as soon as we notified them. My only complaint is when the room was cleaned staff moved our stuff off the table and organized everything. My ring was brushed off the nightstand and I found it under the bed. Staff should not move anything.

This property really turned out to be a gem. Our room was right outside the pool which is tucked down below behind the restaurant. Even on the most windy days we could get in the pool comfortably. Pool bar is a plus, those gals were very sweet. The AC in the room blows like a champ and was so comfy. Wholly housekeeping, they barely offer that in the US anymore so, it was so refreshing each day and filling our water pitcher was the best!! Food at the restaurant was good too. Def will be back, thanks Magic island.
