Perfect location near city centre

Stayed here for 2 nights. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Quiet location but within an easy, short walk from the city centre.
It was great to be able to book a private wellness session, tailored for two: 2 very comfy seats in the sauna, a small steam room, 2 infra red seats, an outdoor hot tub and a spacious shower. There are cool drinks or Cava available to be purchased, as well as snacks.
The breakfast is brought to the room but you can eat outside in the courtyard if you wish. The breakfast is generous and varied.
We would happily stay here again.

Great stay

Great location for staying in Ypres — only a 10-minute walk to the Menin Gate and less than 5 minutes from the main town and restaurants. The owner was friendly, and we would not hesitate to recommend it.
However, it’s definitely more suited to couples, so if you’re a group of lads on a battlefield tour, it may not be the best fit for you. The room we stayed in had everything we wanted, but it did lack a bit of privacy — so probably not ideal for a first date unless you want to get to know each other very quickly!

Nice location but could be better

The welcome was very rushed, the hygiene could be better. The jacuzzi could also be a bit warmer and you had insight because the slats were broken so it felt like people could watch. A welcome drink or snack would make you feel welcome. Certain things sloppy or defective which is also a shame though a nice location.

Lovely B&B

A beautiful B&B about 10 minutes walk from the Menin Gate. We had a very spacious room. In the morning breakfast was served outside on the terrace (the weather was lovely). Breakfast is generous and tasty. Very friendly host and hostess. Parking (free) is a 2-minute walk away. Really a very nice address.

Super nice and beautiful B&B

Super nice B&B. Room is nice, breakfast is delicious! Liebeth and Miguel are incredibly nice, nice people. Center is close by. Free parking within a 5-minute walk. Easy base. Fortunately, we found a good address in Ypres. We will definitely come back again!
