Great for a night or two in the area
This is a hotel that was recommended to me for a short stay and that I could also recommend for a night or two.
The staff was friendly and attentive.
A complimentary bottle of water is available in the room. Coffee or tea are also offered at the bar (no machine in the room).
There is a large open car park right across the street.
The hotel is outside of any city center but is convenient for visiting the area or for an event in the area.
Breakfast is not exceptional but has a little bit of everything. He'll satisfy everyone.
The buffet is varied.
The restaurant located on the ground floor is convenient not to leave the hotel in the evening (and besides it is good!)
The small downside for us is that we were unable to sleep with a window open because of the traffic noise in the distance. But let me make it clear that we are used to a quiet environment.
However, there is air conditioning, so it is a half negative that probably won't be at all for the majority of customers.
(Little problem with the bathroom door that could not be solved during our stay but was reported so I imagine it will be settled for the following. The staff seemed really attentive.)

Couple's night out on a Monday evening
We ordered appetizers, main courses, and desserts à la carte:
The roasted shrimp were more boiled than roasted.
The burrata, a classic, you don't expect much more, it was good.
The beef tagliata was good but sorely lacked seasoning.
The lamb kefta was cold, without any exaggeration. We pointed it out, and the cooks' reaction was not what we expected. No self-reflection... Unpleasant, even knowing that the kitchen is open and they are visible to everyone. Plate unchanged, meat "reheated" and therefore dry and barely warm.
The desserts were decent, although the chocolate lava cake was more of a chocolate cake than a gooey lava cake like we would have liked.
In short, fortunately the service was very decent; the servers are attentive.
It's a shame because the setting is really nice.
Being a cook means wanting to please and share happiness; that was unfortunately not the case for those who were present this evening.

Weekend disappointing
No cooking on Sundays.
A lot of noise from 8am with the cleaning staff.
