Enjoyed

We did not know if we would make the check-in time, no problem could also report us later. Friendly manager, got good explanation, we had already looked in advance how the chalets looked inside. The bathroom was completely renovated. You pay for electricity afterwards but this was already known to us when booking. Reading up carefully before booking saves a lot of unexpected info. You should not go for luxury when you are here but the basic amenities are there. We were there with a family of 5 and it we would definitely go here again!

We arrived and we went to check in for 6 people and come into the cottage and we come in and smell right and cigarette smell and check the rooms and there are only 4 beds and we went back and there was apparently a sofa bed where you can sleep with 2 men and we slept there and woke up with a sore throat and sore neck. Not recommended!

No water

Cottage not clean, bad mattresses.
But to our great shock the water was shut off from 11 pm to 7 am!!!!
4 adults and no toilet, shower or water available!!!
Ardennes great, la Boveri for us a NO GO♀️♀️♀️

Chalet type a has black mold

Chalet very dirty and black mold. Moisture everywhere and no good ventilation possible, the window in the bedroom cannot be opened. Should not be rented until mold is removed. Very bad for health. Went earlier due to the health of our young children. Received small compensation, could rent another house for more money when we come back next time. Plus point park is quiet in the middle of greenery
