Very good

A very nice surprise to discover this hotel in Koksijde where I have been going for years. Hotel easily accessible (Royal Road) 2 minutes from the beach. The welcome is warm and professional. The rooms are impeccable and impeccably clean. They are complete, well-equipped, and quiet. The breakfasts are of high quality. Come on, just a small comment, a little background music for breakfast would be nice

Room rental, no hotel feeling

Small hotel without facilities and by that I mean: no bar, no terrace or common area where you can have a drink.
Parking for a fee.
Simple clean room with mini fridge, tea/nescafé, air conditioning and bathroom with large walk-in shower.
Nice breakfast, just decent but nothing special. Since the hotel has a gourmet restaurant we expected a different kind of breakfast.
Friendly hostess.
My bed creaked and squeaked and the mattress seemed swollen. One of the pillows was also a limp rag. Luckily we had our own pillows with us.
For Service I give a 2 because our beds were never properly made. They were pulled shut but we had to straighten the bottom sheets ourselves. Also the towels were not changed correctly.
Too bad because you're paying enough for it.

recommendedly when you stay in Koksijde

Nice hotel in the centre of Koksijde.
Charming owners, nice breakfast, standard room was good unlucky was restaurant Nils (part of the hotel) booked up.
The hotel have some parking places which you have to give up during your reservation

Bedankt om ons verblijf zo aangenaam te maken, de kamers waren zeer net, alles is aanwezig in de hotelkamer wat essentieel is. de gastvrouw is zeer behulpzaam en heel professioneel, de gastheer tijdens het ontbijt was zeer vriendelijk eveneens professioneel in kostuum en zorgde ervoor dat steeds alles van het buffet opnieuw werd aangevuld en kwam zelfs koffie uitschenken bij de gasten! bedankt

Excellent à tous niveaux !
Situation parfaite, au calme, confort des chambres impeccable, petit-déjeuner exceptionnel, service hyper sympathique,...
Absolument rien à redire !
Juste un regret, celui de n'avoir pu profiter de leur, semble-t-il, superbe table au restaurant... Mais on reviendra, c'est sûr ! .
Merci à ces 2 jeunes hôteliers pour ce très agréable sejour.
