Delightful stay - highly recommend

Standard Twin Room
On first sight we thought meh, but even after climbing the steep, spiral steps to our room (first one on second floor), we were impressed once we went into the room! It was quaint, warm, perfect size for 2 people, well designed for comfort, romance, ambience and had a great feel-good vibe. The bathroom was cute, well laid out, had all we needed, good size shower, good shelving (window ledge) to put your stuff on. The toilet was a surprise landing (low to the ground), but once we got used it, good as gold. Bed was big and cosy, windows covered with just enough flowers to be private. We absolutely adored this booking (room 1) and would definitely come back. Thank you!

Terrible stay. Bathroom smelt, Room tiny, everything old and dated, staff worse than useless, Couldn’t even offer takeaway coffee at restaurant and would not let me take cup to room. Parking was a nightmare, staff didn’t tell me where to find I even though I rang twice, gave me no code to leave so had to go back to hotel again and too top it off had very loud music until midnight right outside. Very expensive, room not like photos. I would or recommend.

Totally inept service.

We were sitting at the Century's main entrance today.
The totally inept garçon had completely mis-noted our order. Best of all, in the short time we were there he had taken a wrong order at 2 other tables. Which brought everything back to the kitchen. The friendly girl who helped him has apologized instead of the garçon who had taken the wrong order.
We're not used to this from the Century.
Normally the service is always top !!!
So we left and went elsewhere in the city to eat something.

Ideal place to stay for weekend Hasselt

Lovely hotel for a weekend Hasselt. Nice rooms with good beds. Two tips for the bathroom:
1) Because of the glass door and the transparent blind, it is very light in the room. Perhaps install blackout blind.
2) There is no room in the ocuhecell where you can put your shampoo or shower foam, is a bit awkward.
Compliments to the waiters on the terrace, very professional and friendly!
Location is fine, parking can be on the other side of the road, is busy. If there is no space, the parking garage just down the road is a great alternative.
Breakfast is simple but tasteful with an egg fresh and of your choice. Great!
