Lovely themed hotel.

Good location within walking distance to centre. Room spacious with fab air-conditioning. Fridge with good sized bottle of water left every day. Would have preferred kettle instead of Machine. A few more coffee pods /teabags needed. Good toiletries for use. Great selection at breakfast. Staff helpful. Parking available.

Great accessibility

Great hotel - stayed here whilst bike touring in the area, clean, friendly set up, good bike storage in locked area, easy access into Brugge, excellent breakfast with lots of choices, clean tidy and well kept rooms, good outdoor area for drinks etc & easy access to all bike paths in the area

Warm welcome and great stay

We arrived after a long cycle. It was great walking into the air conditioned foyer. Check in was smooth and the person checking us in was very friendly and welcoming, as was all staff in the hotel. We ate in the hotel and the food was really good. Only downside to this hotel is it's a 35 minute walk into the centre of Bruges. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Velotel experience July 2026

Room was clean but in need of a refurbishment. Floor badly damaged and the paintwork also needs to be renewed. Replacing the bath for walk-in shower is recommended.
Furthermore, there was a power failure in the bicycle shed and that was not mentioned anywhere. Now there are people who are confronted with an uncharged battery the next day.
Breakfast was fine and very extensive. Compliment also for the service.
