Ten niedawno odnowiony hotel łączy w sobie nowoczesny design i średniowieczną architekturę. Znajduje się w centrum miasta, zaledwie 850 metrów od centralnego Rynku i Dzwonnicy Brugii.

Great location and fine for a short break
5 adults stayed in 3 rooms in our family trip in May 26 for 3 nights.
As we had several rooms under one name and a change to the number of people and rooms required we had to pop over to the Novotel to check in. This is also where you go for breakfast.
All the staff we encountered were very friendly, efficient and helpful.
The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. They are quite dark with dark painted walls and floors and no real big lights. Tea and coffee is provided as well as the usual tv, phone etc. There is limited furniture ( this is a design choice) but they find and functional for us. Shower is great! And the bathroom generally good except for position if the toilet which is very close to the wall in front of it, so if you are tall or larger it can be tricky.
Downstairs there is a coffee machine, snack and drink vending machine , water fountain, rentable umbrellas, couple of tables
We didn’t look for any other facilities as we didn’t use them.
There’s no parking for the hotel itself but there is an underground multi storey with a pedestrian entrance right next to the ibis and Novotel entrances which was €17 a day . ( vehicle entrance is a slight drive past the ibis and Novotel pedestrian entrance. )
It was in an excellent location for all the sights ( just a short walk away) and has a carrefour and shoes etc next to it nearby. The entrances to both are in a little pedestrian courtyard off of the road. I didn’t hear much in the way of noise at night and slept well.

A night in Bruges
Hotel very well located in the city but comfort very disappointing

Nous sommes ravis que notre emplacement au cœur du centre historique de Bruges ait répondu à vos attentes.
Cependant, nous sommes sincèrement désolés que certains aspects de votre séjour n'aient pas été à la hauteur. Le confort de nos chambres a récemment fait l'objet d'une rénovation complète, avec une literie Sweet Bed by ibis plébiscitée par nos visiteurs et une climatisation entièrement renouvelée. Nous regrettons que vous n'ayez pas pleinement profité de ces installations. Par ailleurs, notre réception est située dans le Novotel, de l'autre côté de la cour intérieure, et notre équipe y est présente 24h/24 pour vous assister lors de l'enregistrement ou pour toute demande durant votre visite.
Enfin, vous avez apprécié la situation idéale de l'hôtel, à quelques pas du Béguinage, du lac d'Amour et des principales attractions de la ville.

The location is very good and 15 min walk from train station. Very basic , no frills.It has self check in, but staff very helpful and friendly.

Even though soundproofing was not enough I really enjoyed spending time at room and also loved the colors and design. Additionally I found brightness low because the window was so small on 3rd floor!

Bad bad bad!
Very unfriendly person, and the mattresses lie terrible, room is small. Wanted to book a room at Novotel in addition to being in the same chain Novotel is also very unfriendly and no one is looking for a solution. Absurd.
