To flee I was taken twice my hotel night I repeated several times transmitted the evidence of the 2 samples

Booking via booking and I changed my booking and thus debited twice 100€ for a night spent with them after several claims I am still waiting for the refund then to flee

Very bad surprice!

At check-in we were told that what we booked and expected was not available. We tried to get back payment for our 2 rooms but impossible according to hotels.com that we booked through even though their description of the hotel facilities was not available.
We stayed at another hotel by the river instead, amazing experience.
