Nothing good to say about it!

Hotel is dated, TV remotes don’t work, pillows terrible, stinks of cigarette smoke, coffee cups not taken away each day or replenished. bins do not get replaced, no doors for bathroom, no ventilation in toilet. Reception staff not helpful. Only good thing to say is great location. Aircon did not work so only solution was to sleep with sliding door open on very busy road, no safety barrier.

Very poor

Very bad! The air conditioning does not work and keeps you awake all night due to green flashing light and strange noise. The toilet is constantly flushing. TV and fridge not working. The bed, you're lying on the
Spiral and huge! A lot of trouble all night. We haven't slept a wink! Hotel room has not been maintained for years short of the location, do not go here

Positive: Breakfast Negative: Air conditioning

No air conditioning and only one option to open a window to a backyard with nice puddles, a paradise for mosquitoes, which promptly came to visit. The note on the door that the air conditioning was new was more of a joke. Not fun at over 30 degrees. No help or suggestions from the staff on site. We were lucky that our room was already cleaned; other hotel guests were less fortunate. But otherwise, everything was okay.

Sad

Was not informed that air conditioning does not work in the rooms due to force majeure while this does not appear to be a problem at the reception. Room was not polished and ready, was still in the condition as previous user left behind. According to many reviews, it is rather a structural problem rather than an exceptional fact.

Four stars more like poor stars

We travelled a long way to get there.
Once we got to reception that’s where it all went wrong.
Clueless is too kind of a word to describe them.
Couldn’t work out 5 people 3 rooms
After what must have been 35 minutes of looking at the screen they found our bookings,
Then another 20 minutes of confusion before we were given a key. Asked for 2 keys and was told it’s not possible.
Said we wanted to split the bill 50/50 this is not possible either.
He obviously didn’t know how to do 2 payments on one room.
Finally got to the room only to find out it’s already in use.
Clothes and personal documents laying on the bed, luckily the people weren’t in.
Went back to reception and told them
More looks of confusion and blaming each other.
Got another room key
In the room a few issues
Safe doesn’t work
Fridge doesn’t work
Fire escape is inaccessible
Bathroom light only works with the main light so have to light up the whole room.
The only good thing about this place is we’re only here for 3 days.
I would suggest hiring a van and sleeping in that rather than staying here.
Avoid at all costs
If you don’t then shame on you
