Unforgettable Memories@Resort Atlantis

Overall, Resort Atlantis at Fantasy Kingdom is a destination I would highly recommend. It’s not just a resort, it’s an experience that leaves you with unforgettable memories. I can’t wait to return! One of the highlights of our trip was the easy access to the Fantasy Kingdom theme park. It’s a vibrant, thrilling destination that has something for everyone—exciting rides, entertaining shows, and a lively atmosphere.

Excellent for a weekend getaway

16 of us went to Atlantis and stayed at one of the duplex villas last week. I must say that the buildings were top notch.
The ambience, amenities were great!
If I had to change a few things, I would recommend that Atlantis get a proper lighting system in the resort so that it is easier to walk around at night.
Also, for travelers, please carry mosquito repellent!I

Good choice for Couples

Resort Atlantis is situated in a water amusement park. That's why its a good choice for young honeymoon couples and family with small kids. Excitement of water sports and enjoyment of spending quality time in one place. The Resort offers complementary full amusement park (Dry park + Water Park) entry with all rides tickets.

Refreshed stay with family

When you are tired with all the artificial life of the city its a good place which is near to dhaka to stay with family and enjoy a day. Been with my family. and we all feel so fresh and my kid enjoyed lot. We took Delux room which costs around 5k (complementary breakfast + water kingdom all rides free + Dry park entry free & 3 rides. Details review below:
Pros of the Hotel:
1. Quite good on cleanness
2. Average spacious room
3. Split type AC room
4. Soap, shampoo + brush+ paste given
5. Stuffs are good
6. Water heater for washroom
7. Wifi is free password: (london55)
Cons of the hotel:
1. No air freshener are given
2. Not enough towels
3. Stuff needs more training
4. There is no small fridge to store foods
5. Complementary breakfast is not good enough
6. Restaurant of the hotel is dirty and the furniture is very poor. Stuffs are also not well trained.
7. Wifi is free but the range is not covered into the room
Water park:
1. Water should be more clean (i found some bugs and some tree leaves on the water)
2. There should be some stuffs on all the pool to monitor people and help them.
3. Slippers are not much slippery so people stuck in the middle of the slipper.

We appreciate your feedback. Your helpful feedback has been passed to our management and we did take corrective measures to rectify ourselves. We are very glad to let you know that we have started on-the job training for our restaurant staff as well as the housekeeping & front office. Our breakfast menu and welcome drinks have been changed. We have added mini fridge in our rooms. We have upgraded our WiFi devices for better connection. Water Kingdom all rides been newly renovated.
