Good food in the Tannheim Valley

Situated just outside Tannheim, yet a gem! The walk of 10 minutes is extremely rewarding. A young super friendly host couple with excellent cuisine. There is only menu with choices, it is also possible to omit courses. Will be deducted from the menu price! You immediately notice it is cooked with love. Even if not so well known at the moment, the restaurant is already one of the best in the Tannheim Valley. Highly recommended!

A worthwhile holiday destination!Quietly located in the beautiful Tannheim

Very nice friendly innkeeper couple, excellent exquisite cuisine with selected products,new daily. Very cozy atmosphere .All in all one of the best restaurants in Tannheim.When the weather is nice you can sit on the terrace long in the sun.The rooms are very nice and spacious.The location the perfect starting point for many hikes

Small pearl - natural and traditional

A young couple with a small child runs this small country inn with a lot of love and commitment. Not a matter of course nowadays to give up the work-life balance in favor of the stressful hotel industry job and thus contribute to the continuation of a tradition. Not just for that: Chapeau!!!
Nice rooms with all comforts, ours was renovated and really up to date. The dinner exceeded all our expectations and actually had top dining level. At breakfast, the wishes of the guests were taken into account when expressed. There was a good offer for a small hotel and here too the effort was clear to meet all wishes. Not easy at all, but possible. Highly recommended!

Superb restaurant away from the center

Very nice discovery of the Bergheim restaurant. The decoration is tastefully done, with finesse and conviviality.
The cuisine is excellent, the dishes are out of the ordinary Austrian and are well presented. The wines are also well chosen.
Service a little gruff but efficient.
A treat for the taste buds!>

Insider tip in the Tannheimer Valley

A small but very nice guesthouse. Very nice, clean rooms and above all a delicious breakfast buffet with really good coffee. The (new) hosts Jasmin and René are super nice and helpful.
If that's not enough - then the chef René will definitely impress you with all kinds of delicious dishes and perfect service.
We were here in January 2024 for winter hiking. Various hiking trails start right outside the door. So it's an ideal starting point, especially in summer when all the paths are open again.
