ausgezeichnete Unterkunft! (Excellent place to stay)

We stayed at Helga's place as part of our hiking trip. It was the perfect location and great room with comfy bed, hot shower and kitchenette and balcony. Excellent after a day walking. Helga was very accommodating. Recommend.
Wir haben im Rahmen unserer Wanderung bei Helga übernachtet. Die Lage war perfekt und das Zimmer war super, mit bequemem Bett, Warmwasserdusche, Kochnische und Balkon. Hervorragend nach einem langen Wandertag. Helga war sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr empfehlenswert.

An open door for everyone...

...and at any time. I had a 140km mountainbike trip with a friend in the alpes. Pretty exhausted we arrived in the middle of the night at 00:30 am. Helga opened the door for us at night and prepared a good breakfast in the morning. The room was OK and clean. The only criticism I have is that the water in the shower was cold. I am sure she can fix that. We just did not want to ask at that time. She welcomed us friendly and we had a nice chat. I would recommend this place to everyone at any time.

Walkers Welcome

Scharnitz is an unpretentious village, unspoiled by tourism. From the station I walked around looking for quiet accommodation, and found Gästehaus Helga. I had two hours siesta in the afternoon, and nine hours sleep in the night, which was just what I wanted. The location is convenient for walks in the Karwendel nature reserve, and is just over an hour from Mittenwald in Bavaria.

Angenehme Unterkunft

Kurz zusammengefasst:
Ruhig gelegen, sehr nette Wirtin, gutes Frühstück, einfaches, sauberes Zimmer.
Wir waren auf der Durchreise und somit nur eine Nacht im Gästehaus.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen, durften den Balkon zum relaxen nutzen - wir würden wiederkommen!

Gemütliche Unterkunft in Scharnitz

Wir haben im Rahmen unserer Karwendeldurchquerung das Gästehaus Helga als Startpunkt für unsere Tour gewählt, da der Wanderweg zum Karwendelhaus direkt dort vorbeiführt. Das Gästehaus liegt ca. 10 Minuten Fussweg vom Bahnhof und ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Vor dem Gästehaus stehen Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Unser Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück am Morgen sehr lecker und ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder dort buchen.
