Great!!!

Great location for all main attractions in the Stubai area, just a few minutes drive by car.
Stubai Super Card is included and gives free access to multiple attractions.
The apartment is well-equipped with everything needed, very clean, and Edith is a great host—always there if you need something and responds immediately.
If we are in the area again in the future, we will definitely stay here again.

Best of Austria

Edith is a wonderful host always with a smile and very patient with any ask.
The apartment itself is super comfy with all the stuff you need to make you feel at home.
You get a Stubai card upon arrival which is of great value with all cable carts included and a great mountain slide.
You will not need to spend a penny for at least four days of fun.
The location is maximum of 25 minutes from all attractions in the valley and only 5 minutes for some.
We had a car but public transportation was very close and gets you to everywhere.
To summarize Apartment Edith made our summer trip to Austria ♥️

Comfortable stay

Great place to stay in Stubai region. Close to Innsbruck and to the slopes (Schlick2000), as well. Very clean, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very nice and helpful owners. Also close to supermarket, bus stop, Stubay (water park) and train station.

Wonderful experiance

The apartment is beautiful, new and clean. We had a wonderful stay there. The host is adorable and we even got small welcome gifts. Also, there are horses in the backyard which my kids absolutely loved. The rooms are really well equipped, we coud find everything that we needed. The only thing that we were sad about was that we couldn’t stay even longer.

Very authentic Austrian mountain experience in quiet Telfes im Stubaital.

We have stayed at Apartment Edith multiple times. Very clean, modern rooms with full kitchens and great mountain views. Covered parking.
Room comes with free Stubai Card which gives unlimited access to public transport (train and buses) in the Stubai valley and into Innsbruck. Stubai card also includes 1 trip/day on each of the Stubai valley ski lifts in the summer to start your hiking higher up. Only a 5 minute walk to bus/train stop. Even less distance to a small, but fully stocked Spar grocery store. 15 minute walk to Stubay, a very nice water park - also included on the Stubai card 2x/week.
Located in the town of Telfes with many walking trails leading right from town. Edith and Peter are wonderful hosts. They are also sheep farmers and have solar panels providing nearly all of their electric energy needs. Edith also has a lovely larger fenced garden area open to all guests. Great for small children.
The only downside (and for me an upside) is that you have to travel 10 minutes by car to find all the restaurants and shopping on the much busier main road.
