The worst experience of our lives

worst experience of our lives. The apartment was very dirty and very old, it did not correspond to the photographs. Insects crushed on the walls, insects in the corners, dirty wall, a door without hinges that was falling off, the sink and the shower were leaking water, fridge super dirty and with ice, towel rack and lamp loose, no kitchenware, broken appliances, dirty sponge and cloth, balcony full of spider webs, etc. Of course, the apartment did not meet hygiene, safety, or fire safety standards. When we expressed our dissatisfaction to the manager, he was very rude and very inconsiderate. We do not recommend it to anyone at all.

For a night full ok

We were on our way home and needed accommodation with sauna as we were completely wet and frozen by bike. The hotel offered this and so we drove there. Until we had a room it was difficult because the Cefin with child on her arm was trying but completely overwhelmed (she didn't know any prices) and the boss annoyed , with him everything didn't go to the stated price of booking - ultimately we booked the hotel via booking com♀��♀️ Also the view you have as a guest from in front of the counter should be cleaned up - I thought it was the children's play area at first.
The sauna was still new and also clean and later in the dining area the boss also became more accessible again. The menu was unfortunately very modest due to staff shortages, but if I don't know if I still have goulash soup or not, that doesn't make a good picture and the boss was unfortunately overwhelmed with child and guests again. Maybe the season was coming to an end, but if you take full prices for everything, it would be nice if you still get service. There were some people in the sauna who said they got something to eat at the supermarket because this selection was 08/15. Breakfast is not included in the price and I think it costs 12 or 15€ p.p.

Beautiful settings. Friendly staff. Nice room and bathroom, super clean. Wifi is iffy but overall a wonderful place to stay.

We arrived a bit late, but there was no problem. Everything was ready we went to our room. So amazing view of the mountains from the patio doors. Really nice stay. I recommend this place it was amazing.
