Wonderful hotel

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The rooms were very spacious and exceptionally clean.
The view from the restaurant is absolutely beautiful, and the food was excellent. Both the breakfast and the evening meals were delicious and of very high quality.
The wellness area is large, peaceful, and very well maintained. Everything was spotless. The only small downside was that the steam cabin did not seem to have much steam at the time we used it.
Other than that, we really have nothing negative to say. There is also a daily sauna infusion session, and the sauna offers a stunning view of the mountains, which is a fantastic experience.
Another big advantage is that you can ski directly back to the hotel, which is very convenient.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Unforgettable, fantastic, top notch!

The attentiveness and hospitality of the entire staff at this hotel is amazing! This team thinks of everything you could possibly want - and even more! A once in a lifetime experience being spoilt. Our suite was so comfortable and well thought out, beautiful spa and outdoor infinity pool overlooking the slope, fantastic restaurant & bar. Great housekeeping & kitchen team too! Special thanks to Nikola, Viktoria, Jonas, Liliana, Sören, Aleksander and Trisztan for looking after us so well. Highly recommended!

Everything is fine

We were there for a few days off. From the first contact to the departure we were very satisfied. Especially the extremely friendly staff in all areas. Everything very clean. We will definitely come back.

Luxurious hotel with top class facilities and staff

Everything about this hotel exudes class. Our stunning room overlooking the slopes on two sides was huge and very well equipped. All of the facilities at the hotel were first class, including the beautiful spa. What makes this hotel really stand out is the wonderful staff team who really do go above and beyond to help with the smallest detail. The staff in the restaurant in particular deserve praise for their first class service in a friendly manner - and the sommelier was the star of the them all. Thank you everyone!

Over the valley

The hotel is impressively located above the valley. A modern architecture that blends well into the landscape. All staff were very accommodating. My mother and I felt very taken care of. It's one worth a trip we'll come back safely
