clean and nice hotel
good beds. pillows and duvets really good.
clean and tidy and close to the lift is a big plus.
somewhat expensive addition of breakfast. should be offered when purchasing accommodation at a somewhat fair price.
however, a balcony was missing. should be offered or suggested when purchasing accommodation.

Carlsberg don't do ski hotels....but if they did...
Wellness area was a nice touch, we found ourselves using it 3 times during the week, hygienic and well maintained.
Denise was very helpful with my questions and we were able to ski our last day, storing our bags and able to shower and change.
Towards the quieter end of town, but with the gondola so close, and the walk into centre bars/restaurants not far, on flat pavements (no hills), it is ideal.
Looking to return in the summer for some climbing.

Great place, great price....will return to this address over and over
The breakfast buffet with special details like fresh chopped fruit salad (no cans) and eggs cooked to order. The reception remembered the room I used last spring and gave it to me again. This is a nice bonus when travelling with a dog, as the room seems less foreign to him. I have not given all the points for cleanliness, not because I found dirt, but because the bedsheet had some small holes and could have been replaced. Overall a very pleasant stay and the prices are very fair during the pre-winter season.

Just what you need!
Location
3 min walk (with ski) from to the lift, the ski trail ends right near the lift so you can 3 min walk back from the trail.
The bus station is right across the road, there's a free bus for ski pass holder also in the night time so if you're lazy walking 15 min to the center of Sölden you can take the bus.
Also nice restaurant and bakery near the hotel.
Supermarket mpreis is 5-6 min walk.
Room
Very nice with some view to the mountain, the breakfast room has much better view.
All I needed was in the room, maybe besides the "towel dress" to go to the sauna.
Breakfast
Had all I needed and was satisfying. Also they boil for you a fresh egg.
Staff
Helpful and nice, good English, it's always nice to see smiling staff.
Price is not high comparing to other places in Sölden

Clean, good size and cozy appartments with lousy paid WIFI
The kitchen is small with two electric hotplates and a zink and NO oven. Refrigerator and microwave oven is located in the living room. Living room with sofa and chair and a dining table with chairs and a TV.
Two large bedrooms with closets.
You have to pay 15 EURO for WIFI and only two logins allowed but worst is that after ending skiing and people start to come back to the appartments the speed goes down to unusable........
