Beautiful resort!

Fantastic resort in the middle of the ski area! The apartment is very cozy and there are lots of nice details throughout the complex. There is even a private sauna and an open fireplace in the apartment. Ski slope is right in front of the complex. The staff is very friendly and for a toddler everything was perfectly prepared. There is a daily bread roll service right outside the door! Just perfect!!

Perfect upscale self-catering vacation rentals

Overall a very good concept of upscale self-catering apartment complex.
(+) Client privacy. Easy check-in/out system. Perfect location, sunny slope. Quiet and spacious. High quality equipment and amenities. Washing machine in the apartment. Very clean. Sauna in the apartment. Big balconies with mountain view. Daily fresh breakfast rolls. Chimney. In-house fitness room. Ski-room.
(-) Garage parking slots are very narrow; parking a standard family car with a roof ski box is challenging even for an experienced driver (only with closed side mirrors)...

Not too bad but not outstanding either

stayed in one of the larger 2 BR + sauna apartments for a family vacation.
starting with the positives:
+ convenient location and set-up (proximity to skiing, underground parking, etc.)
+ furnishing is good (quality household machines, etc.)
+ very nice setting in between mountains with nice views from all windows
now to the negatives:
- given that pets are allowed, there was more (pet) hair than welcomed
- fairly noisy (neighbors could be heard here and there); they should reinforce a stricter noise policy
- given that many others seemed to have used their furnaces, the air when opening the windows was horrible some night times (so we ended up with closed windows)
- heating was a challenge: meter allowed for either hot or cold only, nothing really in between so that we had to regulate temperature with open windows here and there
- no service staff on site whatsoever (apart from the housekeepers)
all in all, we may return to the property given the location and that the kids had a blast.

Simply Excellent

We can't tell you how pleased we were with or apartment and the whole set up here . After arriving in the dark in bad snow conditions the cosy warmth in the apartment was so welcoming as was the complimentary food items . Checking in was so easy . Spacious parking facilities. Generous bread rolls and croissants for breakfast . We also had wonderful views from our well designed and furnished apartment and we could ski from the door right on the slopes . PLUS one of the best bars and restrauants in town next door !
