A few minor draw-backs but mostly very good.
My husband and I stayed in a self-contained apartment at Haus Almrausch for 5 nights in December 2014, over Christmas. It was 85 euros/night which was a pretty good price for the area in such a peak period, and self-contained places are always a bit more expensive. However this did not include a 30 euro cleaning fee and a city tax of 2,80 euros per person per day. These extraneous charges should just be included in the price, I always feel it is a little deceptive to add additional charges on top of an advertised price.
However the apartment was very good. Our room was at the front of the house and had a great view over the village. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was quite large. The kitchen, for the most part, was very well stocked however it did not have a microwave or toaster, two things I thought were very strange to be missing, especially a toaster! Toast is such a common thing for people to have for breakfast. We made toast in the oven twice which worked ok but I really think there should be a toaster. However there were plenty of pots and pans, utensils, cutlery, crockery, glasses, mugs etc. There was a coffee machine too which my husband was very pleased with. The bathroom was small but clean and functional. Good water temperature and pressure in the shower. The sink in the bathroom was miniscule but there was a bigger one in the bedroom which was convenient for brushing teeth etc when someone else was in the bathroom.
The hostess was very nice, she had very limited english but with the help of google translate on our phone we managed to get everything sorted, including replacing a lightbulb in our bedroom and borrowing a vacuum cleaner on our last day to vacuum-pack our ski gear. She also gave us a little bag of home-made christmas biscuits (cookies for you americans) on Christmas day which was very nice.
We had problems with the wifi on the first day so she got her son to come and look at it - I don't know what the problem was but he decided they needed a new router. He must have bought one by the next day though, or fixed the problem, because next day she had a new username and password for us to try and it worked then. The reception was patchy - it would drop out in some areas of the apartment which was a pain - but in the good spots it worked well. You can also store your skis etc in a shed/garage attached to the side of the house.
Seefeld is also very small, although the house is a bit towards the outer of the village, it is so small you can easily walk just about everywhere, and during the ski season there is a free ski bus which makes getting around easier when carrying skis etc.

Pace e comodità immersi nel verde
Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento A, totalmente rinnovato a giugno di quest'anno in maniera deliziosa.
Arredi e rifiniture moderni e confortevoli, letto comodissimo, cucina accessoriata con tutto l'occorrente e comprensiva di lavastoviglie, bagno spazioso con grande box doccia. Balcone fiorito e posto auto coperto.
La pulizia è stata impeccabile e la proprietaria Christina è stata deliziosa e discreta per tutta la durata del soggiorno consentendoci anche il check in anticipato ed il check out ritardato.
La posizione è perfetta in quanto in zona tranquillissima immersa nel verde e a 3 minuti a piedi dal centro pedonale.
